It gives you a second way to access your live data and take action on it: through natural conversation with your AI assistant, alongside WorkflowMAX's own interface. Ask questions, create and update records, and manage your team - all working against the same live data you already rely on.

Can I use AI to manage my projects in WorkflowMAX?

Yes. Once connected, AI assistants like Claude can create and update jobs, draft quotes and invoices, check staff capacity, review financial summaries and more - all through conversation.
