How flexible are custom fields in WorkflowMAX?

Custom fields can be added to jobs, quotes, timesheets, clients, and other record types. They support text, number, date, dropdown, and checkbox formats, and can be set as mandatory. Custom fields on jobs and quotes populate into custom print templates as merge fields, so they flow into client-facing documents automatically.

Yes. Custom notifications can be configured to alert specific people when a job moves into any state you define such as 'Ready for Invoicing' or 'Awaiting Approval'. This automates handoffs between teams without manual communication.
