Because every email filed via Collaboration Manager is attached to the relevant job alongside timesheets, costs, and invoices, a new team member or auditor can see the full project history in one place. The communication record builds itself as work happens, rather than requiring manual filing.

Can I bulk-manage emails in Collaboration Manager?

Yes. Bulk actions let you select and delete or reassign multiple emails at once, keeping your unassigned queue clean without processing them individually.

Does WorkflowMAX store email attachments against jobs?

Yes. When an email is filed against a job, attachments are automatically stored in that job's Documents tab. If you've connected a DMS like Google Drive, Dropbox, or SharePoint, attachments flow into your configured platform and remain accessible from within WorkflowMAX.

Can I use Collaboration Manager to capture emails that arrive before a job is created?

Yes. Emails that don't match a job number land in the Collaboration Manager inbox. From there, allocate them to the correct job, quote, lead, or client once the record exists. You can also set up notifications for unassigned emails so nothing sits unprocessed.

How does WorkflowMAX help capture and organise job-related emails?

WorkflowMAX lets you set up a unique @emailworkflowmax.com address for your organisation you choose the prefix. Forward or CC any email to this address with the job number in the subject line, and the email plus attachments are automatically filed against that job's notes and documents. This creates a centralised, searchable communication trail for every engagement.
