Yes. Disconnect your current DMS in settings, then connect the new one. Files already stored in Google Drive remain there and can be accessed directly.

Is the Google Drive integration available on all plans?

Yes. Google Drive integration is available across all WorkflowMAX plans.

Does the Google Calendar sync relate to the Google Drive integration?

They're separate integrations. Google Drive handles document storage for jobs, while the Integrated Calendar feature syncs Google Calendar events for time entry conversion. Both are available independently.

Can I access Google Drive job documents from the WorkflowMAX mobile app?

Yes. Documents stored in Google Drive are accessible from the mobile app's Documents tab. You can also upload files and photos from your device, and they'll sync to Google Drive automatically.
